Direct torpedo hit unlikely cause of Cheonan sinking
The South Korean naval frigate Cheonan was sunk by a close-range external explosion, not a direct hit by a torpedo, an international team of experts tentatively concluded. The Korea Herald reports.

All adult foreigners to be fingerprinted on entry to South Korea
Starting in August 2010, all foreigners over 17 years of age will be fingerprinted and photo-scanned, the South Korean Justice Ministry announced. The Korea Times reports.
